Senior Software Engineer

My client is a fast-scaling health tech business that builds complex solutions to ensure the highest standards for hospital patients. They are looking for a senior level engineer who can work one day per week in central Manchester.

The business prides themselves on a collaborative, innovative culture using a modern tech stack. Their current development team are adept at working with a wide range of platforms and technology and strive to uphold best practises of design, performance and engineering.

You’ll be someone who wants to make an impact from day 1 and takes a keen interest in latest tech trends and how they affect working practices. Ideally, you’ll couple this with a passion for how tech can make a real difference on peoples lives.

Core Skills

· JavaScript / TypeScript

· Node

• React

· Developing REST and or GraphQl API’s

· Experience with serverless technologies (ideally AWS / Terraform / Lambda etc.)

· Developing continuous integration / delivery pipelines

Nice to have

· Enjoys mentoring more junior developers

· Happy working across other teams (QA’s /BA’s etc)

· Any experience working in health tech or tech for good (especially in the NHS)

· Any experience working in highly regulated industries
