If so, our client, who is a global US Law Firm based in the Middle East, is expanding.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise: Lead and participate in M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and documentation.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel to clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Deal Execution: Play a pivotal role in executing complex and high-value transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a select group of highly skilled attorneys on various matters, sharing knowledge and expertise.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-6 Years Post-Qualification Experience: Proven track record in handling M&A transactions, ideally gained in a Magic Circle or lateral US Law firm.
  • Common-Law Admission: Admission to a common-law jurisdiction is required.
  • Native Arabic Speakers (Advantageous, but not Essential): Proficiency in Arabic would be a strong asset, but it is not a strict requirement.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Global Perspective: An understanding of international and regional legal issues is a plus.
