The Advocate Group is partnered with a Premium Spirits Business, looking for a proven Senior Shopper Marketing Manager with FMCG experience to join the Global Travel Retail team where you will drive the shopper marketing agenda and achieve commercial goals.

The Role:

• Develop and execute Best in Class Shopper Marketing Strategy.
• Partner effectively to create a High Performing, Engaged and Diverse Team.
• Lead annual customer marketing plans from inception through to deployment.
• Manage and lead executional agency partnerships.
• Category Development.
• Seamless Global and Local Market interaction.

The Person:

• Strong experience in Shopper/Customer/Trade/Retail Marketing.
• Direct line management experience, with proven examples of developing individuals within your team.
• Worked in an FMCG business, ideally drinks, but open to wider categories.
• Sound P&L management and ROI understanding.
• Category Management & Passion for turning insight into action.
