Senior Service Designer

What You’ll Do

  • Design services that meet the needs of end-users and the organisations that support them.
  • Use your UX and visual design skills to map user journeys, visualise concepts, and create prototypes.
  • Collaborate with user researchers and stakeholders to incorporate meaningful insights into designs.
  • Champion accessible, inclusive design practices that ensure no one is left behind.
  • Build design capability within the organisation and help shape the role of design in delivering social impact.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience designing digital and non-digital services from 0-1
  • Strong skills in journey mapping, prototyping, and visualising complex systems.
  • A passion for social impact and a desire to create services that change lives for the better.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design approaches internally and externally.
