To meet this demand, we are looking for a motivated, experienced, and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us grow further.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be an essential part of the sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. Your role will include overseeing property viewings, managing and negotiating offers, advising clients on property market trends, and working towards achieving sales targets. You will be expected to take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring that they receive top-quality service throughout their property journey.
Your ability to forge strong relationships with clients, guide them through the buying or selling process, and negotiate effectively will be key to your success in this role. You will work closely with our team, sharing best practices, and collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless service to our clients.
As the Senior Sales Negotiator, you will also be tasked with proactively generating new business leads, managing and maintaining a strong pipeline of clients, and overseeing the progress of property sales from initial interest through to completion. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the local Chelmsford property market and use your knowledge to advise clients on the best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.

Previous experience in residential property sales, with a strong track record of success
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong knowledge of the local Chelmsford property market (desirable)
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for real estate
Organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
