Description:
The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for the sales of the company’s Energy Transportation Solutions Systems and Services(RTU+SCADA applications) to clients in the UK and Ireland! Are you eager to take your career to the next level? If yes, we encourage your application!
- Budget allocated to ETS customers for SCADA and Systems in the UK and Ireland;
- Educate and engage with local sales teams to develop and secure ETS systems opportunities covering solutions that include FB3000 RTUs, OpenEnterprise and Monarch SCADA, and other ETS products;
- Identify and develop plans to go after a driven installed base and close work with ETS SMEs to develop blueprints to serve certain markets and industries;
- Engage with C-level people at key customers;
- Coordinate workshops/discovery sessions with customers to build a vision for the future and work closely with SME’s to define Statement/Scope of Work and use best practices and solutions that fit the standard functionality of Emerson’s offering;
- You will work with the proposals team and set the target price. You will have to sell opportunities to management to get consensus and support at all levels. Attend industry events/stay ahead of with industry/market developments.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree required - Technical or Engineering field preferred;
- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of sales experience in the Automation market. With Midstream or Upstream industry knowledge (advantage);
- Proficient in selling RTUs. SCADA software, subscription, software licenses & implementation services, in an OT environment (Advantage);
- Proficiency in the English language is required - verbal, reading, and writing;
