With a large team of over 70 brand ambassadors regularly attending events... you’ll be managing a large team of people who are actively travelling south of the UK and on-boarding new customers.

 

This opportunity is largely focused around growing a subscription based sales model. With an already fantastic eco-system of growing subscribers, this Regional Sales Manager needs to be a strategic thinker with an analytical approach to their work. Calculating & tracking costs from a high-level perspective.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Management of Brand Ambassadors & all fixed terms employee's within the South
  • Motivation of all employees with regular 1-1's
  • Ensuring direct sales KPI's are executed
  • Strategizing on the expansion of the Southern region

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must have managed teams of 15+
  • P&L cost management
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Able to analyse date and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, high level of experience in creating reports and presentations for senior sales management teams.
