Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage account strategies for key clients.

• Deliver retained and exclusive recruitment services.

• Work across the full recruitment lifecycle, including headhunting, candidate screening, interviewing, and placements.

• Foster and manage strong client and candidate relationships, delivering high levels of service and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal colleagues to continually improve the service offering.

• Demonstrated success in recruitment, including target achievement and desk/business area development.
