With a huge portfolio of Network and Independent Agency relationships already in place, this is a phenomenal opportunity to work in Pivotal’s Agency Team. The roles that this team fill vary from Performance Marketing, Media Planning & Strategy, SEO, CRM and eCommerce.
This is a chance to join a collaborative and high performing team, headed up by an inspirational Manger, plus support from hands on and committed Founders.
From your very first day, you’ll gain access to a client base in both B2C and B2B sectors, as well as a target list of agencies to approach using Pivotal’s bespoke new client acquisition strategy.
The Role
- Develop relationships with the UK’s best Marketing and Media Agencies.
- Leverage relationships with all existing clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions to enhance their talent acquisition strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of Pivotal’s client portfolio.
- Develop & build relationships with the best talent in the market that allows you to respond quickly and effectively to client needs.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement a personal branding strategy that builds trust & differentiates you from your competition. With the goal of growing your client and candidate community, driving engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Your Experience
- Proven Recruitment Agency success with a strong billing record
- Passionate about all thing’s Digital, Marketing and Media related.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Track record of successfully winning and or/nurturing and growing new client relationships
- A consultative influencer and negotiator with an articulate approach
- Expertise in staying well-versed in market trends, and adhering to industry best practices
- Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions
- Structured and organised approach, with a commitment to consistently improving the company's recruitment processes.
