AMS, a global leader in talent solutions, is offering an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to support recruitment delivery in a client-facing environment. Based in Gatwick with a hybrid working model, this position is perfect for someone with recruitment experience, fluent in French, German, or a Nordic language, and passionate about delivering high-quality talent acquisition services.
This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a leading global company’s talent strategy by owning the full recruitment lifecycle, advising hiring managers, managing candidate experience, and playing a critical role in offer negotiations and talent planning. It’s more than just filling roles—it’s about shaping recruitment success and strategic workforce planning.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own the recruitment process, ensuring service is aligned with contractual commitments.
Vacancy Consultations: Partner with sourcing teams and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies—including DEI, pay, and timelines.
Candidate Shortlisting: Collaborate with Sourcers to narrow down top talent and present shortlists to hiring managers.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging journey from initial interview to offer acceptance.
Interviewing & Offer Management: Conduct competency-based interviews, assist in technical interviews, and lead complex offer processes and negotiations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and resourcing leads.
Talent Planning: Support proactive pipelining, strategic hiring decisions, and talent pooling for future demand.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend recruitment process enhancements and upselling opportunities to senior leadership.
Demonstrable experience in recruitment delivery, ideally within a complex or matrixed organization.
Fluency in French, German, or a Nordic language is essential.
Skilled in sourcing strategies (web, networking, advertising, databases).
Familiarity with recruitment tech and applicant tracking systems.
Understanding of relevant employment laws and DEI best practices.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
