Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of complex property litigation matters
• Acting on matters such as repossessions, boundary disputes, covenants and easements
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods
• Assist junior team members with adhoc advice

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property litigation
• Strong advocacy skills with a track record in handling complex property litigation cases
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
