Brewhouse & Kitchen is looking for a Senior Production Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the kitchen management team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional food quality, ensuring high standards, and collaborating closely with the Head Chef. Your responsibilities will include food stock management, maintaining safe working practices, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will also have opportunities to develop creative dishes for the menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest quality food preparation and presentation in the kitchen.

• Work alongside the Head Chef to manage food stock and maintain safe working practices.

• Adhere to all food safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen.

• Take an active role in preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring consistency and perfection.

• Collaborate with the wider kitchen and pub team to achieve shared goals.

• Contribute creatively to the development of new menu dishes.
