About our Team:

  • The Product Innovation team is a diverse and dynamic group of product people focused on delivering wonderful user experiences and strong product lines for our business. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team to support our UK Teaching Pillar’s needs, specifically in our eInstitutional product area. The role would join a team of product people within the existing Learning Pillar Product Management Team but would focus on products for the UK Teaching Pillar.

As a Senior Product Manager in the team, you would be surrounded by smart, capable product professionals, with a range of experiences, with whom you can bounce ideas and share challenges, allowing you to bring your skills to bear on your product area in the UK Teaching Pillar.

     
  • You would work closely with Editorial, Marketing, and Sales leadership within the Teaching Pillar, as well as Technology team members and many other groups, to build, deliver, maintain, and enhance product offerings for the eInstitutional market, such as Sage Catalyst.

Your new role:

  • Acting as the strategic product lead within the UK Teaching Pillar, defining and leading on execution of an institutional product strategy – primarily Sage Catalyst.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Editorial and other key departments to establish and execute an effective strategy for growing Sage’s revenues through textbook collections.
  • Creating and prioritising the product roadmaps, and leading work with our technology partners, internal and external, to build and improve out institutional products and collections.
  • Being customer, user, and market focused – understanding deeply the needs of all three, alongside the needs of Sage.
  • Be data informed, using both quantitative and qualitative data to help understand situations, make good decisions, and monitor the success or failure of approaches.
  • Work closely with experts from around the business, including the User Experience Team to ensure that our products are the best they can be.
