Join a dynamic team of AI Scientists working on high-impact, AI driven machine learning models to drive innovation in the BioTech space.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a small team, to design and build models across LLMs, GenAI and NLP with some in Computer Vision
- You will still remain about 40% hands on, driving best practices, code reviews and coding when needed
- You'll be advising the VP of AI on the latest AI and LLM driven solutions
- Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings
- Driving the latest innovative research in AI, building and deploying core projects onto their AI driven platforms
- Opportunity to grow and develop, building out a team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and DevOps & CI/CD
- Hands-on experience in LLMs is required
- Background in HealthTech, BioTech, PharmaTech is a large benefit but otherwise any tech company working on AI projects
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
- Research/Academic background is a big bonus too
- Experience mentoring/upskilling/managing is required
