Senior Payroll Specialist

The Advocate Group is working with an innovative and dynamic brand very much at the heart of the confectionary industry 🍬! We're supporting them with hiring their newest Senior Payroll Specialist to join a fab team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on complex payroll functions within the HR team – temp, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
• Run high volume payroll (7000 headcount +) across the UK
• Analyse and confirm payroll ahead of committed deadlines
• Manage queries and requests etc. relating to payroll etc
• Manage pensions, HMRC obligations, 3rd Party relations, sick pay etc.
• Mange the internal portal and all associated requirements

About You:

• You must have experience with complex payrolls - temp, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
• Must have experience with high volume payrolls (multi-thousand headcounts)
• Must have extensive experience with SAP
• Experience in out or external agency is acceptable
• Ideally you will have experience within a food/ consumer product brand but not essential
