This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnership Manager EMEA to join a leading online marketplace that connects people with unique travel experiences. Our client is looking for a talented and experienced individual to manage luxury host accounts and supply acquisition of high-quality inventory in EMEA. As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building market presence in your assigned regions in collaboration with other internal teams as the market expert.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Cultivate premier partnerships with luxury hosts and influential individuals in EMEA to access the most elite luxury homes.
- Utilize external research, networking, and collaborations with luxury real estate professionals to identify potential hosts.
- Acquire new hosts by efficiently qualifying leads and advancing them through the pipeline to meet quarterly targets.
- Lead market launches, overseeing lead generation and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
- Collaborate with the Supply team to expand inventory by engaging hosts and connectors.
- Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with hosts to address challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and drive performance using data-driven insights.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 7+ years of experience in sales and account management background, and understanding of strategic partnerships, marketing, and operational functions.
- Proficient in collaborating across diverse teams in luxury travel or real estate settings, driving impactful changes.
- Deep understanding of the luxury homes and hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated executive presence, adept at influencing both internal and external industry leaders.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Capable of managing complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills, in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
