Senior Paid Media Account Manager

Description:

Summit is looking for a Senior Paid Media Account Manager to join our performance marketing team on a hybrid basis, with at least two days per week in our fantastic C4DI office in Hull, near the Fruit Market and Marina area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead paid media strategies for blue-chip clients, mentor a talented team, and drive outstanding marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead a paid media delivery team, ensuring strong performance in line with client objectives across Google and Microsoft Ads.
✅ Own the execution of paid media strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
✅ Manage key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and provide strategic guidance.
✅ Assist the Account Director in maintaining strong client relationships and managing client communications.
✅ Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that campaigns align with KPIs and challenging strategies where needed.
✅ Mentor and support junior team members, assisting in their development and training.
✅ Lead and attend client calls, discussing performance and future actions.
✅ Stay updated on paid media trends and implement new tactics to enhance performance.

Key Requirements:

✔ Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
✔ Strong PPC experience with knowledge of multi-channel marketing.
✔ Experience using performance and analysis tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Ads.
✔ Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to different personalities.
✔ Experience managing junior team members, mentoring and supporting their growth.
✔ Agency experience preferred, with an understanding of fast-paced client environments.
✔ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate and optimize performance.
✔ Passionate about paid media trends, best practices, and continuous learning.
