Description:

The role is based in HCC’s award-winning Property Services team, one of the largest in-house property functions in local government covering multi-disciplinary design, property and facilities management and estates functions. The team hold considerable expertise in the stewardship of the public estate and deliver work across approximately 1,000 sites and 10,000 buildings in support of 1.4 million residents across Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skill and experience of delivering a large, compliant operational service.
