Senior National Account Manager

We’re looking for someone who…

• Has 5+ years of experience in FMCG account management, with past roles across a variety of sales channels including grocery
• Can own and manage some of our most important customers (Sainsbury’s, Co-op & Costco), while also helping to win and drive new business (principally in convenience and forecourts)
• Will deliver our ambitious sales plans, while demonstrating strong P&L management and accountability
• Is a skilled negotiator, capable of securing strong JBPs and business plans with their customers to ensure DASH continues to grow rapidly and maintains our status as the no. 1 brand in the category
• Is confident building accurate forecasts so we can plan effectively, particularly from an ops and finance perspective
• Can think outside the box in identifying growth opportunities for DASH, and has the skills and confidence to make them happen
• Has strong data skills for utilising our EPOS and category data – to track our performance and to build compelling stories for their customers
• Is able to play a pivotal role in growing the UK sales team by supporting with customer strategy, business strategy, promotional analysis, customer relationship building and category analysis
• Is entrepreneurially minded, and will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Can live the DASH values and contribute to our team culture in a positive way
• For the right person, this role could offer growth into a Head of Grocery position over the next year or two

Key Details:

• Ideally looking for someone to start from the beginning of May
• This role would report directly into the UK Sales Director
• Our office is based in London (near Tottenham Court Road) and we offer hybrid working, with employees expected to do min. 3 days a week in the office
