Senior Marketing Manager

 

Description:


We are looking for an experienced Senor Marketing Manager for a Maternity cover contract to work with the Marketing Director and wider Marketing & Communications team to plan, design, development and implement consumer and events marketing for our iconic destination.

The role will also be working with the commercial leasing and Asset Management teams, supporting the leasing process across all of our estate for office and retail and commercialisation.

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities in support retailers, consumer events and commercial leasing teams
  • Develop annual marketing, events and leasing marketing strategies to drive footfall, awareness, support retailer turnover and leases
  • Lead the development of the BPS identity and brand in conjunction with wider team
  • Identify gaps in marketing collateral used by commercial leasing teams & their agents & make creative recommendations
  • Update BAU collateral as required; PowerPoint presentations, brochures, infographics, maps, masterplans, floor plans, brand films, models
  • Work in partnership with external brands such as Lift 109, Art’otel, Thames Clippers and others
  • Own retailer relationships – support the marketing and events initiatives of 100+ open retailers (F&B, retail and leisure), attend regular catch ups, prepare for biannual updates and curate retailer content to promote on BPS website, social channels and e-newsletter
  • Work closely with the comms team to plan, develop and deliver effective communications, coordinating content and timings
  • Manage creative agencies, digital agencies, marketing suppliers and media buying agents to ensure final outputs are of the highest quality and on brand
  • Work closely with the Associate Marketing Director to deliver optimised and highly targeted media plans both for always on and for campaigns
  • Drive partnerships with external media outlets and events
  • Identify opportunities for new brand and online partnerships and manage existing commercial partnerships
  • Develop event concepts and seasonal creative identities and roll out across all touch points
  • Approving the use of our imagery, logo by third parties
  • Day to day budget management. Ongoing financial reconciliation and reporting, including raising RFAs & approving invoices
     

Essential
 

  • Degree qualified in marketing, brand development or communications
  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing position
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven and outcomes focused environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing consumer marketing strategies and managing large scale marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage through the line campaigns and events
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and effectively manage a marketing budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage individuals of all levels, to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and planning skills
  • Strategic thinking with excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing agencies, stakeholders and budgets
  • Management experience and ability to line manage and delegate
