Senior Marketing Executive

Description:

Glean is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing professional with expertise in email marketing, automation, and account-based marketing (ABM). The selected candidate will work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute strategic marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

📧 Email Marketing

• Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive upsell opportunities
• Plan, optimize, and report on email campaign performance
• Write compelling marketing copy to increase conversions
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize strategies for better performance

📊 Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for key accounts
• Use digital channels (web, email, events) to deliver compelling messages
• Research target accounts to understand customer needs and opportunities
• Align with the Customer Success team to ensure an effective strategy

🤖 Marketing Automation & CRM

• Manage automated email campaigns using HubSpot CRM
• Segment audiences to ensure the right messaging reaches the right audience
• Work with the Content team to send relevant content at optimal times
• Maintain high-quality email and customer data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Marketing Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B marketing
✅ Email & Automation Expertise: Proven experience in email marketing and automation campaigns
✅ CRM Knowledge: Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
✅ ABM Experience: Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM)
✅ Copywriting Skills: Ability to write engaging and conversion-driven marketing copy
✅ Data & Analytics: Comfortable using marketing tools for performance analysis & reporting
✅ Growth Mindset: Passionate about learning and investing in personal development

⭐ Bonus Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in EdTech or the Education sector
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
