The purpose of the role is to collaborate with stakeholding and partner teams to reach and engage our priority audiences, with best-in-class marketing which meets our strategic objectives.
Key relationships - Internal
- Reports to the Associate Head of Performance Marketing
- A member of, and works closely with, teams in the Marketing and Planning department
- Works in partnership with colleagues from the Communications, Income Generation and Technology directorates
Key relationships - External
- Liaison with strategic media partner OMD, along with creative agencies and freelance copywriters
- Liaison with digital suppliers as required
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to deliver to strategic objectives, by planning and delivering best in class marketing solutions.
- Help teams to navigate the Marketing and Planning, and Brand and Content departments and find the right expertise at each stage of the campaign.
- Leverage data and insight to feed into campaign planning, briefing and development.
- Project manage campaign work with internal and external stakeholders in delivering, optimising and reporting on campaigns in line with agreed key performance indicators, service level agreements (where applicable) and objectives.
- Lead on the delivery of engaging content (images, copy, video, etc.) for the NSPCC website and other NSPCC marketing assets for our key audiences that is consistent with brand and style guidelines and accessible for online readers.
- Represent the NSPCC at meetings with external partners and develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Be flexible in supporting and responding to changing priorities as the remit of Marketing and Planning department evolves
