Senior Manager Consumer Insights

 

Description:

You will have a crucial role in working with the UK Consumer and Insights team in shaping and advancing consumer-focused insights and strategy, working on an iconic brand portfolio.

In this role you will lead the execution of a consumer focused research plan to inform brand and comms strategy. You will actively support the development of a 3years innovation pipeline, driving idea and concept generation, tapping into cultural trends & foresights.

It’s a very influential role as you will work in close collaboration with senior partners in the business as well as the Global Insights team.

 

The skills:

  • CMI experience with or within the FMCG industry. (Snacking/confectionary is a bonus)
  • Strong grasp of market research methodologies covering both Quantitative and Qualitative research design.
  • Strong commercial awareness of how insights can improve business performance
  • Proficient storyteller, capable of conveying insights effectively and in an inspiring manner.
  • Collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
  • Sound conceptual skills, including adaptability in problem-solving approaches, and ability to uncover innovative solutions.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills.
