LT Harper is actively hiring a Senior Manager (Cyber Security) to lead a team of technologists, engineers, architects, and security risk professionals. This role is designed for experienced cybersecurity leaders who want to make a real impact, helping businesses strengthen their resilience against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Provide expert consultation on cyber and technology risk, operational resilience, and business continuity.

• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies tailored to client needs.

• Stay updated on cyber threat landscapes and advise on necessary measures.

• Assist in pipeline building and developing new sales opportunities.

• Implement or audit security frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI, advising on best practices.

• Communicate cybersecurity concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, ensuring effective risk management solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading cybersecurity teams in regulated environments.

• Strong expertise in cyber and technology risk, operational resilience, and business continuity.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI frameworks and control implementation.

• Understanding of the cyber threat landscape and ability to provide risk-based solutions.

• Sales and business development experience, building strong client relationships.

• Certifications like CISM, CISSP are a plus, but attitude and expertise matter more than credentials.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a jargon-free way.
