Senior Key Art Graphic Designer

Description:

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Designer that is looking to step up into an Art Director role in the future, you will have chance to work on exciting projects with some big name clients. To be considered for this role you must have had prior experience designing Key Art for the entertainment world, such as Warner Brothers, Disney and the like. As a senior member of the design team, you will help develop both visual and strategic concepts in answer to our clients’ briefs. This role is hands on, you will get the chance to contribute creative outputs as well as the seniority to offer advice to help develop more junior creative team members. Taking direction, you will work alongside the senior design team, including the Senior Art Director, Creative Director and the Executive Creative Director to deliver creative solutions across multiple channels. The ideal person needs to display a strong sense of initiative along with problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• You will be creating Key Art for our clients in the entertainment space, from concept to delivery
• Creating and overseeing designs for various marketing channels, including social media, web and print, predominately in the Entertainment space
• Developing and presenting design concepts, story and mood boards both internally and externally to clients
• Mentoring junior members of staff to help them reach their full potential
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept in the loop, making sure that all deadlines are met
• Working closely with the Creative Director and client services team to ensure that all designs meet the project and client requirements

Requirements:

Hard skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
• Hands on design skills
• Experience working on entertainment projects
• Excellent communication at all level
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, coupled with the ability to present to stakeholders

Soft Skills

• Approachable, collaborative with strong communication skills
• An understanding of timelines with the ability to prioritise their own workload
• Able to give and take feedback constructively during internal and client reviews
