Description:
Working for a global, luxury fashion brand, the Senior Key Account Manager will lead a small team of Account Managers, ensuring unapparelled service is provided to their wholesale clients, sales procedures are correctly trained and that commercial goals and KPI’s are achieved.
The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior management to set strategic goals and plans for company growth
- Organising seasonal international showrooms and trade shows, managing the show calendar accurately
- Overseeing daily maintenance of company systems and ensuring accurate inputting of data
- Managing on-time delivery of sales orders and producing relevant reports as needed
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer experience and implementing best practices across departments
- Conducting daily and weekly 1-2-1 meetings to drive a culture of continual improvement
- Developing, implementing and training on efficient workflows and procedures to optimise productivity and streamline operations
- Utilising expertise in wholesale management to optimise inventory control and order processing
- Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve performance objectives and uphold quality standards
- Monitoring KPI’s relevant to wholesale operations and customer care, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Producing and communicating daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to senior management
The Senior Key Account Manager will have:
- Proven experience in a customer service management / key account management role
- Good people management experience
- Expertise in sales procedures and operations
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent operational and organisational skills
- Data driven, able to monitor KPI’s and implement change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates might come from other roles like commercial manager, customer service manager, wholesale manager, etc.
