Senior Interior Designer

They can take care of projects from start to finish, or simply at the moments you need them.

Role Description:

• Lead and oversee interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Execute company’s complete range of Interior Design services.
• Manage concept development, space planning, material selection, FF&E specification, and lighting design.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and Senior Design team.
• Establish innovative project concepts through a collaborative design approach.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the design team, ensuring client visions are accurately reflected in the final designs.
• Lead the delivery of design concepts.
• Take projects from feasibility studies through to successful handovers.
• Prepare compelling tender presentation materials.
• Drive design proposals for client presentations, incorporating concept ideas, layouts, and sketch-up views.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• Showcase expertise in hospitality and/or education projects through a strong portfolio.
• Highlight the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Bring innovative solutions to projects through continuous learning and adaptation.
• Previous experience in leading and managing design projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
• Effectively present concepts to clients and team members.
