Senior Insight Manager

I'm working with a global media agency who are looking to build out one of their core insights teams that focuses on strategy and brand work. This role has the chance to work across a range of research tools with a focus on quantitative research and social insight. It's a great opportunity to join a growing team working with some of the biggest brands across retail, travel and more!
 

THE ROLE:

 

The Senior Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Work across a range of quantitative and qualitative projects
  • Utilise several data sources, including social listening tools to support strategic insights
  • Oversee research projects from end to end, ensuring they run smoothly
  • Present key insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage external relationships for outsourced work.

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

The ideal Senior Insight Manager will have:

 

  • Experience with a range of quantitative methodologies (questionnaire design/scripting, brand tracking)
  • Knowledge with tools such as GWI, TGI, etc
  • Great communication skills
  • A background within a media agency
  • An interest in sports would be great!
