Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will offer you the chance to showcase your expertise in Windows and Linux installation, configuration, and maintenance while taking technical responsibility for various server operating systems and infrastructure applications.

Responsibilities
 

• Take technical responsibility for implementing, modifying, enhancing, and upgrading server operating systems and infrastructure applications.
• Review infrastructure security vulnerabilities and implement patch deployment, via security packs and packages as needed.
• Upgrading and Maintaining Enterprise monitoring systems such as SCOM, CheckMK (Nagios) and Cloud systems etc. Developing monitors, dashboards, escalations and alerts.
• Be the primary lead for the Infrastructure team to resolve complex system problems affecting business applications and computing services.
• Explore and identify opportunities for future implementation of automation then configure and execute the implementation.
• Mentor and support 1st and 2nd level Server Engineers, expanding their skill sets.
• Identify opportunities for automation implementation and execute the configuration and implementation of automated processes.
