Senior Human Resources Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working with an extremely profitable and highly successful Manufacturing business in the Dewsbury area.

As Senior HR Advisor you will reporting directly to the Head of HR. Working in a small but growing HR team, this role will offer you fantastic career development. The Head of HR will mentor and support the right candidate and offer them a clear progression plan. This is a pure generalist HR role and you will be involved in all elements of the employee lifecycle.

As a Senior HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Dealing with HR queries relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• ER related matters including grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals
• Sickness and Attendance management, and liaising with occupational health
• Assist the HR Manager with projects and HR strategy
• Coach HR Coordinators and line managers on how to deal with HR related matters affectively, and encourage employee engagement

The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:

• At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or above, preferably in an FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics/Distribution environment
• Ideally you will be CIPD qualified
