Senior Graphic Designer

This position involves managing design projects, attending client meetings, and collaborating with the team. Our vision for this role is that you will help us build a very solid design foundation within the agency, and will quickly begin managing freelancers who will assist you when/if you are at capacity. As time moves on, and when it comes time to hire another in-house designer, if you can demonstrate your ability to develop and manage, the natural progression from this role will be to move into the position of lead designer. We do recognise that not everyone will want to move into a management position, however - and you will not be forced to!

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing our brand
• Developing and meeting varied client briefs
• Supporting the rest of the team with graphic design
• Managing and liaising with clients (this role is client facing)
• Project managing all aspects of our design projects and ensuring we meet our deadlines (and set achievable ones in the first place!)
• General team collaboration - helping us generate ideas for ourselves and our clients
• Developing our processes and strategy to help us improve - we want your input!
