VirtueTech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the development of a cutting-edge greenfield trading platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with C# and React in the dynamic trading and financial services sector.

The company, a leading trading house specializing in cross-asset derivatives, is undergoing a technology transformation to enhance clearing, risk, and Click & Trade platforms. The focus is on performance, scalability, and real-time data capabilities to provide traders with a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications within the trading ecosystem.

• Work across the full stack, with a primary focus on C# back-end development.

• Ensure high performance, maintainability, and testability of all solutions.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement high-impact solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the company’s technical roadmap.

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET.

• Proven expertise in scalable, event-driven architectures.

• Experience with React is a plus (for building modern user interfaces).

• Strong SQL proficiency, with GraphQL and Redux being beneficial.

• Deep understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and software best practices.

• Excellent analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in financial services, trading, investment, or front-office environments is highly desirable.
