Senior Estimator

Description:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the preparation of cost plans for both the land purchase exercise and reappraisal of development opportunities. Ensure that all estimating work required to deliver the businesses unit output is completed timely and accurately in the most efficient and effective manner in support of the business plan.

You will be working closely with colleagues in the technical, planning, land, construction and commercial teams to gain an understanding of the constraints and development process involved with each specific project. You will be detail-orientated and able to clearly communicate land purchase viability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
