This role offers the chance to work on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including corporate transactions, tribunal claims, contracts, policies, and workplace disputes. The successful candidate will play a key role in an expanding practice, fostering long-standing national client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues, including contentious, non-contentious, and corporate transactional matters.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal claims and other legal disputes.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and other employment-related documentation.
• Providing practical, commercially sound legal advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law.
• Strong expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Excellent commercial awareness and time management skills.
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and solution-focused legal advice.
• Track record of developing and maintaining professional client relationships.
