We’re looking for:

 

  • 4/5 + years CSM experience.
  • Extensive experience with financial services clients.
  • Demonstrating best practices and acting as a team player within the CSM function.
  • Superior communication skills and demonstrable ability to deal with Leadership of Enterprise organisations.
  • Ability to develop and manage Executive meeting agendas, content, and delivery.
  • Full understanding of the software Customer’s engagement lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrable leadership capability.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experienced Gainsight and SalesForce user.
