Role Overview and Features:
- The Senior CRM Executive will be in charge of leading the development and build of CRM projects and communications to support a range of lifecycle stages of products. Working alongside the CRM, analytics and data partners, you will define the audience segmentation, contact strategies manual and automated campaigns.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign results and propose optimisations.
- Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements.
- Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies.
- Interest in SME business finance and the ability to connect with sector-specific products.
