Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Senior Consultant:
· Managing projects of largescale within the eDiscovery team that meets the standards, timeframes, workflow, and acceptable costs that are in line with policy.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
· Contributing to all phases of the disclosure exercise both technical and administrative
· Independently liaise, and consult with a wide variety of clientele
· Be reactive through troubleshooting issues and errors
· Manage eDiscovery tasks such as data management, collection processing, and review, with relevant court rules and trail preparations
Requirements of an eDiscovery Senior Consultant:
· Over 6 years of experience in eDiscovery working across the right side of the EDRM
· Experience using Relativity (MUST HAVE), Brainspace and NUIX (desired)
· Ability to effectively articulate complex information to non-technical individuals
· Proficient in identifying technical issues and recommending solutions
· Full understanding of DRD Advisory and CMC Prep
· Additional qualifications such as mastery or expert in Relativity is desired
