Senior Commercial Executive

As a pivotal member of the Gaming Commercial team, you will assume responsibility for orchestrating relationships with partners across critical departments including CRM, Brand, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Content, overseeing both BAU operations and critical initiatives. Your mandate will entail crafting and handling onsite commercial strategies aligned with country commercial propositions, aimed at enhancing Gaming Actives and cross-selling rates. You will take the lead in CRM planning and performance improvement/reporting endeavours, playing a central role in team dynamics. Proficiency in financial analysis and adept communication skills to articulate ideas effectively within the broader team are highly valued attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities Include

CRM, Marketing & Campaign Management:
 

  • Orchestrate Gaming Commercial activities within monthly CRM Planning & Campaign Prioritization sessions, encouraging alignment among gaming commercial managers, executives, and key stakeholders from CRM.
  • Provide crucial support throughout the campaign lifecycle, from Business Brief creation to Campaign activations and Creative alignments, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Take ownership of the Gaming x CRM New Initiatives Roadmap, aimed at enhancing customer experiences and ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct ongoing reporting on CRM Campaign performances and lead optimization efforts to maximize efficiency.
  • Bet the Gaming representative and owner for all pivotal marketing, Brand, and Acquisition projects cantered around Gaming.
  • Provide support for both New strategic and Business-As-Usual (BAU) Gaming Acquisition initiatives across key regions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media teams to facilitate the marketing of gaming content in accordance with corresponding commercial objectives, encouraging synergy between content dissemination and commercial goals.
     

Commercial
 

  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of the Betfair onsite proposition and competitive landscape across key focus markets to ensure its sustained engagement and competitiveness.
  • Identify new opportunities within the onsite space to bolster user activity and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Assume responsibility for overseeing key commercial KPIs such as Actives and Cross-Sell metrics and facilitate comprehensive Performance Reporting across all gaming touchpoints.
  • Share pertinent commercial insights, spanning Cross-Sell strategies, Onsite testing outcomes, and Games performance, consistently with wider-level teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sports commercial teams to align on Cross-Sell Touchpoints and continuously assess options to enhance conversion rates.
  • Serve as the representative for Commercial Gaming in all Country Tribe Meetings, ensuring alignment and synergy with broader gaming commercial objectives.
     

Product /Operations/Content
 

  • Collaborate with key team members across Operations and Content teams to ensure meticulous alignment of content placement onsite with commercial proposition and frameworks.
  • Facilitate the enhancement of Continuous Improvement Roadmaps as needed by contributing to relevant initiatives.
  • Offer support as vital for New Feature Testing to guarantee commercial readiness and seamless integration into the platform.
  • Work with Operations to maintain high standards, ensuring the site operates seamlessly for every campaign.
  • Contribute to the delivery of an ongoing test roadmap and drive a continuous improvement agenda.
  • Represent the business when working with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams for effective performance reporting for Betfair Gaming where appropriate.
