Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a new client engagement, helping them advance and drive forward their capabilities across automation, decision making and personalisation and enabling our data strategy and CRM to come to life.
The initial project is focussed on retail, entertainment and hospitality for a topflight sports team with a global brand and fanbase.
You will work closely with cross-functional client and agency teams to understand business needs, analyse requirements, and design solutions aimed at enhancing the client's CRM effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of CRM systems within the client's marketing operations.
This role sits within our Data Driven Performance Practice working with our Strategy, Data and Campaign Management teams, providing our clients with end-to-end capabilities across customer experience, data activation, pricing, performance management and tech strategy.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a client facing role tackling problems & finding technical data solutions, contributing to development and delivery of data products.
- Past experience within marketing and customer management applications desirable.
- Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: monitor the implemented systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and making improvements as necessary.
- Requirement analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, defining clear measurable objectives aligned to business goals.
- CRM strategy development: partnering with strategists to develop comprehensive CRM programmes that meet business and customer engagement goals. Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, tools, and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Solutions design and implementation: translate business requirements into functional specification for CRM system customisation and configuration. Work closely with technical teams and data engineers to oversee the development, testing and deployment of solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards throughout the implementation process
- Process optimisation: Analyse existing CRM processes and workflows to identify areas for streamlining and optimisation, recommending process improvements that enhance effectiveness, data accuracy, data compliance and user adoption
- Data management & integration: Collaborate with IT and data teams to establish data governance policies and procedures for CRM data management. Implement data quality measures and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and consistency of CRM data
- Highly organised, independent and a self-starter; someone who can consistently delivery high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
- You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions to all levels of stakeholders.
