Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Project Management: Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on a range of building surveying services including condition surveys, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, and party wall matters.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and support to junior team members.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Business Development: Contribute to business development activities, including preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience working on projects with high-profile clients in London.
• Strong technical skills in building surveying and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent project management and client-facing skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
