TSA Surveying has partnered with a large well-established firm of independent Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Managers. Their Building Consultancy team operate in a variety of sectors such as Commercial, Education, Retail and Residential. The type of work they are seen doing is school projects, refurbishments, extensions, acquisition surveys, schedules of conditions, dilapidations, and party wall.

Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to strategically recruit an MRICS Senior Building Surveyor to their head office in Manchester. The role itself is a varied one servicing clients such as NatWest, Barclays, Solicitor firms, housing associations, Dominos and many more. Moreover, they have a 3-year secured length of framework keeping you busy for the foreseeable.

The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter who is flexible in their approach to work. You will be a part of an ambitious team of 5 ranging from Director to Graduate.
