Reporting into the Biddable Account Manager in OMGUK Manchester, you’ll work closely with teams across OMG UK agencies and Centres of Excellence to support the delivery of best-in-class biddable campaigns for clients across the group.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a uniquely positioned team, offering the chance to work across some of the world’s biggest brands from within a talented and experienced Manchester OMGUK biddable team. Being a fluid role, working with a variety of agencies and clients, an enthusiasm to embrace change is key. You will be comfortable working autonomously alongside teams in different locations with the support of your Manchester team.
As an enthusiastic biddable practitioner, you will demonstrate a genuine interest in advertising, media and technology and will show a commitment to ongoing professional development through both practical and theoretical learning.
Key responsibilities Include:
- Strategy – be aware of, feed into and support the implementation of overarching channel strategy
- Planning – produce media plans with data driven selections, forecasts, and clear rationales
- Activation – support campaign set ups across biddable platforms, following agency QA processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Creative - support ad copy and content production, ensuring compliance
- Analysis – regularly monitor campaigns and analyse data to monitor pacing, identify trends and create actionable insight
- Optimisation – own daily end to end in-platform checks and optimisations
- Reporting –produce performance reports with commentary highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Presentations – feed into response to briefs, post campaign analysis and new opportunity proposals
- Finance – ensure OMGUK processes are followed to ensure accuracy and deadline adherence across media bookings and reconciliations
- Travel to London or Newcastle when necessary
About you
- Demonstrable experience activating and managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns in an agency environment
- Clear grasp of channel fundamentals and best practices with a sound theoretical understanding of wider performance media channels
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills to effectively articulate and present to a wide range of stakeholders
- An analytical mind, able to work with large data sets to identify the drivers behind data trends
- Strong attention to detail to complete tasks in an accurate manner and spot key detail
- Effective organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Problem solving ability, proactively working with wider team members to find solutions
- Willingness to call out when support is needed and identify areas to upskill
- Understanding of on-site analytics and platforms – Google, Adobe Analytics
