This hybrid role offers flexibility with two days in-office and remote work for the rest of the week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, representing projects in stakeholder meetings.

  • Develop early-stage strategies and mechanical design concepts that align with regulatory and client requirements.

  • Oversee budgets, project timelines, and team resources to ensure seamless execution.

  • Drive innovation through the exploration and integration of new engineering techniques and technologies.

  • Adhere to quality management processes and risk protocols to maintain engineering standards.

  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and team members.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in mechanical engineering, with a track record of leading complex technical projects.

  • Strong expertise in HVAC systems and overall building services design.

  • Prior consultancy experience with confidence in managing both internal and external communications.

  • Collaborative team mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
