A leading UK engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Associate Mechanical Engineer to take charge of high-impact, sustainable engineering projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility with two days in-office and remote work for the rest of the week.
Serve as the primary client contact, representing projects in stakeholder meetings.
Develop early-stage strategies and mechanical design concepts that align with regulatory and client requirements.
Oversee budgets, project timelines, and team resources to ensure seamless execution.
Drive innovation through the exploration and integration of new engineering techniques and technologies.
Adhere to quality management processes and risk protocols to maintain engineering standards.
Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and team members.
Demonstrated experience in mechanical engineering, with a track record of leading complex technical projects.
Strong expertise in HVAC systems and overall building services design.
Prior consultancy experience with confidence in managing both internal and external communications.
Collaborative team mindset with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
