Our client is one of the fastest growing lenders in the Property Finance market, specialising with Bridging and Development Finance loans.
This is an amazing chance for a Senior Asset Manager to play a key role in ensuring the business’s growth with effective risk management, focusing on the development projects for the business ensuring all drawdowns are assessed thoroughly prior to release of further funds.
Responsibilities (Non-exhaustive)
- Liaising with project monitoring surveyors on a regular basis.
- Manage a portfolio of loans and investments in various development projects, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and standards.
- Analyse financial statements, cash flows and project performance to monitor and assess the financial health and risk profile of each project.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each project, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and optimise risk adjusted returns.
- Ensuring all drawdown reports are assessed prior to release of funds.
