Senior Architect

Description:

Multiple contract opportunities!! I'm currently on the search for a number of Senior Architects to work for a well established multi-disciplinary practice. This is a 6 month contract with a rate up £35/hr Ltd (Outside IR35).

You'll need at least 5 years PQE to be considered for this one. There may be an element of management and leadership experience required however you'll also need to be very comfortable with working independently and get stuck in.

It's a technical position, you're experience within RIBA stage 4 will be vital. You'll need to demonstrate strong detailing capabilities to be consider.

Revit is the main software in use and you'll need to be able to hit the ground running with this from day one.

The work is life science schemes as well as government buildings. If you don't have that exact background the don't despair, experience with Aviation, healthcare and industrial are all considered transferable sectors for this position.

It's a nice Hybrid role with a good amount of flexibility for freelance staff, 1-2 days a week in office is required.
