As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for leading administrative operations, writing monthly reports, conducting appraisals, and overseeing the recruitment process for new admin staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Reporting: Collate and write monthly reports to ensure proper documentation and data management.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct annual appraisals (PDRs) and regular one-on-one meetings with team members to ensure personal and professional growth.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for administrative staff and ensure staffing needs are met.
  • IT Systems: Have a strong understanding of IT systems to support operational tasks.
  • Budget Meetings: Attend monthly budget meetings to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Project and Audit Work: Participate in project work and audits as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
