The future of retail media is programmatic, and it is at a tipping point as more retailers are making their data available. Are you a Programmatic or Biddable Manager looking to develop expertise in this fast-growing space?

We are looking for an Account Manager who has experience of working with performance objectives across demand side or biddable platforms to join our growing team.

Working under the guidance of the Connected Commerce Director you will be establishing and leading best practices in implementation for programmatic retail strategies.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Hiring and growing the team: You will lead future hiring decisions of the programmatic buyers you will manage and help develop their skills.
  • Consumer profiling and audience targeting: You will work across different retail data sources (e.g., Nectar, Dunnhumby, Amazon, Boots, Ocado) to build rich understanding of the consumers and recommend ways to target audiences.
  • Campaign management: Supported by Buyers, you will be responsible for driving optimisation recommendations and managing overall delivery of campaign objectives across a range of environments and demand side platforms.
  • Insight generation and performance reporting: You will lead communication of what is driving the performance to build upon strategies and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Development of best practices and media excellence: In this evolving space, your experience and campaign insight will help build upon and establish best practices.
  • Innovation: Working closely with the OMG Digital department, you will look for ways to create new products and tools to successfully use retail data when buying programmatically
