Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Account Manager to join a rapidly growing Telecom Service Provider in Guildford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the Networking Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business, acquire new customers, and expand revenue opportunities.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead technical workshop meetings, manage major projects, and oversee change initiatives.
- Identify and implement growth and sustainability strategies for client accounts.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and drive problem-solving initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions (preferably with Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, Microsoft).
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex sales processes.
- Strong track record in acquiring new clients with Total Contract Value (TCV) of £500k+.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to commute to Guildford at least 1 day per week.
