We're on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to become a valuable member of our exceptional Client Team. In this role, you'll thrive on cultivating strong client relationships, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding creative work. Your responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing both collaborative support on significant brand projects with our client team and taking a more autonomous role on smaller accounts. This opportunity is tailor-made for individuals who excel in client interactions, possess impeccable organisational skills, and have a discerning eye for exceptional design. While client liaison and account management are fundamental aspects of this role, strong project management abilities are also vital to ensure seamless operations. Therefore, a diverse skill set is valuable to us, encompassing experience in branding projects and some familiarity with strategy and web projects. You'll collaborate directly with clients at various levels, working closely with a broader team that includes Account Directors and Account Managers, as well as collaborating with our Strategy and Creative teams. As you come on board, we're launching a new training program, offering extensive on-the-job coaching, and providing opportunities for progression into leadership roles. Additionally, if you have an interest in events and marketing, there's room for you to get involved in these areas too.
