Description:
As the Azure Cloud Security Expert, you will be responsible for fortifying Azure Cloud security practices, implementing necessary enhancements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing the security posture of the client's Azure cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine a comprehensive Azure Cloud Security improvement plan tailored to requirements.
- Create feasibility and implementation plans for deploying security enhancements across local units.
- Implement Azure Cloud Security requirements in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Europe Cyber Security engineering team, Europe CISO team, and Europe Cyber Defense Team, to address security concerns and drive initiatives forward.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Azure cloud security matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor and analyze Azure Cloud Security metrics and trends, and take proactive measures to mitigate potential risks.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance among employees through training and awareness programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of securing Azure cloud environments, preferably in complex infrastructures, or demonstrated experience in Azure operational management.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure and security principles.
- Strong interest in or familiarity with cybersecurity technologies will be advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
